Tally Sessions is an award winning actor, singer and teacher based in New York City. He has appeared on Broadway in Company, AnastasiaWar Paint, Falsettos, School of Rock, Big Fish, The House of Blue Leaves and Paramour. He has appeared Off-Broadway in Giant, Queen of the Mist, Yank and Anyone Can Whistle. His national tour credits include the Lincoln Center Theatre production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s South Pacific, Legally Blonde and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Tally recently starred as the Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the Paper Mill Playhouse, as Captain von Trapp in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music at the Asolo Repertory Theatre, and in the world premiere of the Broadway bound musical Becoming Nancy at the Alliance Theatre. His television appearances include Elementary and Falling Water.  

Tally has served as an instructor for the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Broadway Classroom, Broadway Workshop, Broadway Booker, and the Forrest Academy of Ballet New York. Additionally, he has taught master classes for several universities and educational institutions across the country.

He is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
